These terms and conditions apply to the American Fire Equipment website and may differ from retail store policies
- Custom orders must be cancelled within 24 hours. Custom orders include leather helmet fronts/shields, custom car plates, badges, name bars and special configuration leather helmets
- All custom orders will be charged to the purchaser’s credit card at the time the order is placed and are not refundable
- If you are not happy with your unused/undamaged purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of original purchase. A full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods. Whenever possible the original packaging should be used for the return. The return must be sent prepaid by the customer. Please include the original paperwork/invoice, the reason for the return and your name, address and daytime telephone number and/or email address
- Any and all defective materials that are the result of a manufacturing error or poor workmanship will be replaced free of charge pursuant to the manufacturer’s warranty replacement guidelines
- Electronic warning lights, sirens, scanners and portable lighting: All warranty claims, repair and/or replacement of these items will be made directly with the original manufacturer. Please contact the store for assistance
- Freight: All orders are shipped FOB: Woodbridge, VA 22191 prepaid and add unless stated otherwise
- Not all products available in all areas due to sales territories set by manufacturers
- We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason. We will notify you if we do
